Add recipe for Twitch.tv

Here is my first party recipe for Twitch.tv (I don't know if it would log in if you have an account).

For third party website
I don't know how to transform it into a recipe but plugin is needed for jtvnw.net and twitch.tv . For chat to work, frame must be allowed for twitch.tv

There is a blacklist for cookie but in the first party recipe but it could be removed. (It's because I have blacklisted the cookie column in my settings)

I am trying to make the pane on the right come to life.

Edit: I see, there is some sort of hidden Flash plugin required, and my click-to-play was interfering.

Also in some cases if you block third party cookies it sometimes interferes with the comments on the right.

My approach with presets is to assume out of box settings for default block-all/allow-exceptionalyl mode. If user adds more restrictive rules, than it's implicitly their responsibility to "unbreak" the preset. So I removed the whitelisting of cookies from the preset since these do not come blacklisted by default. Also, I use finer-grained rules for jtvnw.net, because I have no clue whether this site is 1st- or 3rd-party to twitch.com, so I am assuming 3rd-party.
