Describe the bug
Showing text from cqf is not working in read only mode.

Expected behavior
Read only mode should be able to use question text from cqf.
The below line should be questionnaireViewItem.questionText

android-fhir/datacapture/src/main/java/com/google/android/fhir/datacapture/views/factories/ReviewViewHolderFactory.kt
