Help card showing on other pages

Describe the bug
In one page, when a help icon is clicked, it shows a help card. When moving to other pages, the help card keeps showing on other pages.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click help icon on page 1
2. Help card shows on page 1
3. Move to other page
4. Help card keeps showing

Expected behavior
The help card should not show on other pages.
