We need to switch from Goerli as it will be closed January 2024

Prereq:
Holesky is already supported : #2905

Acceptance Criteria:

Change Default testnet to Holesky

Projects which are impacted by changing default testnet:

Yagna
GolemSP
Goth
SDK (core Python, JSapi, yapapi)
