Since we have both "# days after course enrollment" and "# days after course start date" as options, it seems reasonable that a lesson available X days after enrollment should be available regardless of the course start date.
Reproduction Steps
Create a course and set the "Course Start Date" restriction to a day in the future
Add a lesson with drip setting "# days after course enrollment" and value of days "0"
Add another lesson with no drip setting
Enrol in the course
Expected Behavior
Student is able to access the lesson that is available 0 days after enrollment
Actual Behavior
Student cannot access the lesson (hovering over the lesson in the course syllabus shows "This course opens on..."
Additional Testing
If the drip setting on a lesson is "# days after enrollment" and (say) "1" days, we also want to change the hover message on the Course to show when access will be granted vs. showing "This course opens on ..."
