Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Map layers can only be edited based on color. This limits the ways I can visually represent data, especially for scenarios where size-based representation (e.g., proportional symbols) would be more intuitive and effective.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like the app to allow users to edit layers based on size. For example:

  • Users can bind a data attribute (e.g., population, sales volume) to the size of markers or symbols.
  • The app should include controls to define size scaling, like with colors (e.g., minimum and maximum sizes).
  • A size-based legend should automatically update to explain the size-to-data relationship.

Describe alternatives you've considered

  • Continuing to use color-based layers, but this often leads to less effective data visualization for certain datasets.
  • Exporting data to another mapping tool that supports size-based layer editing, but this adds unnecessary complexity and time to the workflow.
