Ability to limit Owner/Delegate authority

Hi team,

I hope I'm asking this in the right place, first time using Github (apologies if I'm butchering this!).

Can Zodiac guard be used to set up an owner or delegate that can only sign trade txs (as opposed to also transfer txs?).

The use case is delegating the management of a safe's assets to a professional investment manager, without allowing him/her to move assets. This is important because as along as the professional investor cannot move the assets, he's not deemed to be custodying the assets. Custodying the assets requires all sorts of regulatory hurdles so is better avoided. This option is something that can be set up in fireblocks for on-chain transactions, so I figured it might be possible for Gnosis also.
