Add/Modify OVF settings properties

This may already be covered in another enhancement. It would be nice if COT could support the various vApp properties for enabling/disabling certain properties. Eg. If I add custom properties using COT, I still need to manually switch on the ability for the VM to leverage the properties via VMWare Tools, or an ISO mount.
