Unable to build for CULABS

Hi,
When I try to build

make .. -DLLAMA_CUBLAS=ON
cmake --build . --config Release

I get the following error:

nvcc fatal   : 'f16c': expected a number
make[2]: *** [CMakeFiles/ggml.dir/build.make:104: CMakeFiles/ggml.dir/ggml-cuda.cu.o] Error 1
make[1]: *** [CMakeFiles/Makefile2:460: CMakeFiles/ggml.dir/all] Error 2
make: *** [Makefile:146: all] Error 2

My nvcc version is:

nvcc: NVIDIA (R) Cuda compiler driver
Copyright (c) 2005-2019 NVIDIA Corporation
Built on Sun_Jul_28_19:07:16_PDT_2019
Cuda compilation tools, release 10.1, V10.1.243

I believe this has to do with CUDA version installed on my Ubuntu. Can someone help me please?

Your version of the CUDA toolkit is not supported. You can install the latest version following the instructions at https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-downloads
