There is an incompatibility with the pygeoif dependency in the setup.py and requirements-text.txt files:

pygeofilter/setup.py

Line 60 in a08c5a5

"pygeoif>=1.0.0",

pygeofilter/requirements-test.txt

Line 10 in a08c5a5

pygeoif==0.7

Naturally pip is not able to resolve pygeoif >= 1.0.0 and pygeoif == 0.7 😛
