Is the Ansible(?) file run from the Pi? It almost looks like it's being run from another host/VM but it's not really clear. Is there a better readme/help/install doc that I could use?

It can all be run from the Pi. I had a minor difference with pip compared to the readme if you're having errors.

Instead of doing pip3 install ansible I did pip install ansible as pip already was python 3.
However, if it is just saying the ansible-galaxy command isn't working. Reboot your Pi then it should work.
