Search filter: publication date

Hi,

The datasets we upload to GBIF correspond to articles published in our journal. To obtain meaningful statistics for the journal, it would be interesting to be able to filter occurrences and datasets by their publication date/year of publication. I see that the information is already present in each dataset. However, I cannot find a way to use it as a filter on the GBIF hosted portal. Does this filter already exist and, if so, how can it be integrated to the portal?
