Improve precision of markup test XML

When moving to float32 the test differences were reduced by using int for the output.
Once it is merged in and the XML is easier to work with (#1669) we should increase this to suitable precision.
Suggest 2 decimal places as 1/3 and 1/4 pixel are likely to be common with the current state of mobile device screens.
