Feature request: Per-window unique tabs

I use Vivaldi as my, and have a few saved sessions (I use them as separate windows of specific tabs for certain tasks I perform regularly). Some of these tabs are for a few certain web pages I keep on my main, general purpose session/window.

If Tab Modifier is enabled, when one of these tabs gets loaded in a new session/window for those special workflows, invariably the tab of one of these pinned, unique tabs moves to the main window.

In order to avoid this, I turn off Tab Modifier while I'm working in that special workflow window, and turn it back on once that session/window is closed. Sometimes I forget this, and then have too many windows for my most used tabs, and when I do remember to turn it back on, I have to do a lot of manual tab shuffling to return things back to normal.

The feature request is this: please provide a setting to optionally set the tab unique parameter to be unique only for the current window. That way, if I load another session/window with one of these unique tabs in it, I don't have to turn off Tab Modifier to have the unique tab in two windows.
