As of Jan 2019, the following works:

Grab a token at https://api.slack.com/custom-integrations/legacy-tokens
Fetch the script at https://gist.github.com/renatoassis/4a22fa1fd47a0131a65eb3578f4a8e8c
Note that this is a Python 2 script, so you need to install Python 2:
```
python2 ./slack_delete.py -t TOKEN -d DAYS
```
