Tall logos push down the "get started" and "log in" buttons on the source interface homepage #6698

Description

If a tall image is used as a logo, then the separation between the CTA text and buttons on the SI homepage is noticeable larger.

Steps to Reproduce

Add a custom logo image ~500x1000px in the JI
visit the SI homepage

Expected Behavior

space between txt and buttons is same as for original logo

Actual Behavior

buttons are displayed with their upper border height corresponding to the image bottom height
