This issue acts as an epic to track manual testing for the SecureDrop 2.5.0~rc3 release.

Testers should complete the relevant section of the full test plan and append their results to the appropriate issue below. Note that basic server testing and acceptance testing require a single signoff per release candidate, but at least two testers should complete and sign off on release-specific testing.
