As part of #3946, provided we uncover no major issues in QA that require additional time to sort out, we should disseminate a pre-release announcement through the usual channels on December 4, 2018:

  • SecureDrop.org blog
  • Support portal members
  • Twitter

We need to emphasize that this release will permanently remove the 3.14.x series kernel.
