Problem

Error messaging is too robotic sounding & does not feel helpful or encouraging.

Login error message currently reads—for too-short passphrases:
Your password should be between 14 and 128 characters

Login error message currently reads—for otherwise erroneous entries:
There was a problem signing in. Please check your credentials, and try again

@eloquence and I revisited this copy, and he merged updated content into a PR last week. I needed additional context to understand a few technical caveats, and we both evaluated all messaging needs against active voice, plain language, human sounding, and clarity in user dependent needs communicated, as priorities.
