This should be exposed as a button in the task list, and require a confirmation dialog.

Note: this can fail with multiple kinds of errors (typically due to missing authorization), and the error should be visible to the user.

I'm removing high-priority label, in view of new entries in High Priority What we should be working on ASAP which are definitely more urgent than this one.
