Description

I FHI Statistikk ønsker man at sluttbruker på publikumsiden kan se tegnforklaring selvom ingen data er prikket.

Usecase: Jeg filtrerer bort en kategori som inneholder prikkede data og da forsvinner tegnforklaringen. Jeg blir usikker på hvorfor informasjonen om prikking kommer og går. Jeg vet ikke nødvendigvis at jeg har filtrert bort alle prikkede kategorier.
