Mainly fixed config json being broken by whitespace

Beginning of version-controlled IgorAcq.

All required .ipf files for an experiment to compile successfully are now found in the "required" folder. Everything is working fairly well (as well as it can in Igor...).

From here on, all changes to the master branch should follow standard version control conventions (i.e. X.Y.Z where Z is incremented for bug fixes, Y is incremented for backward compatible added features, and X is incremented for breaking changes. If X increases, Y and Z reset to 0)

This is before the required .ipf files were moved to the "required" folder (2022-06-08).

This version of IgorAcq is more likely to work with Igor experiments older than 2022-06-08, although significantly older experiments are still unlikely to work.
If you really want an older experiment to work, you may be able to branch from an older commit.

After this release versioning will be adhered to more strictly
