I know that this is a really niche thing nowadays, but please consider adding support for MIDI using a software synthesizer. Some applications still use Windows MIDI Mapper subsystem to play music and since no software MIDI synthesizers like FluidSynth or TiMidity++ are preinstalled and/or running by default anymore on most Linux distributions, music in such apps/games is not working.

I am not sure whether just adding the FluidSynth (+ soundfont) module is sufficient, but it could be a good start. For example see the Lutris manifest.
