Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

we don't have anything about the iterable__event_metrics variable in the README (my b). this variable determines the event metrics that are pivoted out in quite a few of the final models

Describe the solution you'd like

add some stuff to the README similar to klaviyo perhaps
