How to change the Time to local time?

Hello, first I would like to thank you for the panel, I have been using it for some time now and it is very good.
One thing I would like to know is how to change the time of entry on the panel, it does not show the local time, I would like to use my UTC/GMT -03:00)

How can I change this?
