+Any other discussion or sharing of the Game’s Confidential Information, including but not limited to social media, forums not sanctioned by The FemDevs, or private messaging services, is strictly prohibited.

+## 2. Feedback
+
+### 2.1 Providing Feedback
+
+We appreciate and welcome your feedback on the Game to help improve it. By providing feedback, you grant The FemDevs a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate your feedback into the Game and any future products.

+### 2.2 Confidentiality of Feedback
+
+Any feedback you provide is also considered Confidential Information and is subject to the same non-disclosure obligations outlined in Section 1.

+## 3. Intellectual Property

+The FemDevs retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. Participation in the beta phase does not grant you any ownership or rights to the Game or its content.

+## 4. Beta Phase Participation

+### 4.1 No Guarantees
+
+Participation in the beta phase does not guarantee you access to the final version of the Game. The FemDevs reserves the right to terminate your access to the beta phase at any time for any reason.

+### 4.2 No Compensation
+
+You will not be compensated for your participation in the beta phase or for any feedback you provide.
+
+## 5. Termination
+
+### 5.1 Termination by The FemDevs
+
+The FemDevs may terminate your participation in the beta phase at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice.

+### 5.2 Effect of Termination
+
+Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete any copies of the Game in your possession. The confidentiality obligations outlined in Section 1 will survive termination.

+## 6. General Provisions
+
+### 6.1 Governing Law
+
+These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

+### 6.2 Entire Agreement
+
+These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and The FemDevs regarding your participation in the beta phase and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

+The FemDevs reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be posted on the Game's official website, and your continued participation in the beta phase constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
