nix script needs ocaml 4.06 #127

Unfortunately Ocaml keeps being changed in incompatible ways. So you need at least Ocaml 4.06 now.

While at it .. some docs on building with nix?

Sorry, just saw this issue and didn't get any docs in yet, but I can do that soon. Is the README the place for this sort of thing as it is not very involved? Basically, it is just as stated in the first comments of the shell.nix file (if someone else wants to go ahead and integrate it that's ok too).
