Thank you for developing such a useful package. I have used its web version for visualization of multiple PCAs, however, I can not use its multifactor exploration function on the web/interactive manner.
At the same time, I could not find R script to run multifactorial data locally on R studio. I have three factors (time, phenotype and region with 2-3 levels each) that I want to see the effect in the data.
Please help me in this and provide the R script that I could run locally in R studio.

Hi @mars188, I see you refer to a similar issue in #14
From the description above, I cannot really extrapolate the requirements about how the whole analysis should be set up.
Even with a reproducible example, it is hard to "provide the R script", as such an experimental design might require more layers of exploration and visualization to assess the effect of the (combinations of) factors.
Hope pcaExplorer can assist you in this for all other tasks!
