This looks like it's gonna be a pretty big rewrite. The purpose of rewriting the frontend in React is for the following reasons:

  1. I think it's pretty cool.
  2. Better support for graphs. Namely, I want to use the Victory library.
  3. Keeping the salary guide up to date with technology in general. HTML is fine but we can do better.
