<p><strong>本科生同学，你好：</strong><br><br>
感谢你的关注，欢迎你的加入。如果你有意愿，我们实验室和课题组将为你的学习、科研和成长提供必要的指导和帮助，以及软、硬件和资源上的投入和保障，这一点请放心。</p>
<p>做事的关键因素在人，以下所述内容是我根据多年来在课外指导本科生进行大创/竞赛/科研的大量经验和教训总结而成的，希望你能够认真阅读，在充分认可的前提下，我们再开展认真、互信和愉快的师生合作。</p>
<ol>
<li>受客观条件所限，我组<strong>仅接收未来留组深造的本科生</strong>进组实习培养，至于是否来自我校或我院无所谓。若你对我的研究<strong>真感兴趣</strong>且<strong>愿意未来留组读硕读博</strong>，那么真诚欢迎来组长期合作，共同成长，我相信必有所成。</li>
<li>我理解同学们希望毕业后在更好的大学或课题组读硕博的想法(尊重他人命运)，但是在课外指导本科生并非必须的工作职责，且不拿国家级、省部级奖不计入业绩，只能(放下助人情结)将有限资源和时间用于培养本组学生。</li>
<li>有句话：以大多数人努力程度之低，根本轮不到拼天赋！我认为，努力最起码是课后用周末、节假日和寒暑假等时间来投入。当前学术界高度内卷，师生时间都紧压力都大，请做好心理准备，<strong>一分付出才可能有一分收获</strong>。</li>
<li>我认为，能以个人真实努力(非挂名或共作)发表顶会顶刊论文的本科生是<strong>极少数</strong>的。另外，正常情况下，研究想法为什么老师不优先交给<strong>组里有经验的研究生</strong>而是给<strong>新手且未必一定会留组的本科生</strong>来主导执行和发表?</li>
<li>为避免耽误学生前程，目前除了我组内的学生或其他同事课题组内的学生(必须导师知情且愿意)以外，我尽量避免给不熟悉的学生出具或签署各类推荐信，即便你选修过我的课程并取得高分，建议请其他知名学者推荐。</li>
<li>特别说明：近年来，本科生总体的风气愈发浮躁，精致利己和不择手段获得或夸大成绩成果的情况，或是指责老师把本科生当免费劳动力的言论，屡见网络。我们是个为人正直、做事踏实的小团队，不想遇到这类人和事。</li>
