Motivation

When used with NATS, falcosidekick forwards events to the "falco.." subject

Feature

It could be convenient to provide our subject in the values so falcosidekick can forward the events to this one instead of the default.

The PR #1099 contains a new setting to override the template for the subjects of NATS/STAN Messages. It will be available in the upcoming 2.31.
