While searching for dlib on crates.io, I found that this fork of your crate has been published to crates.io:
https://crates.io/crates/dlib-face-recognition
https://crates.io/crates/dlib-face-recognition-cv

It is currently 15 commits ahead of your repo, I think it would make sense to upstream those changes into this repo, and maybe also the changes from this other fork.

There is no way to open an issue on those forks (to suggest opening a PR), but both github accounts have an email listed, if you're interested in unifying the changes into this repo. (Which would make sense, I think.)

I am the owner of the forks. I found that this repository prepared some great features that I needed, but it is not listed on crates.io and there is no licensing policy.

In order to use it in my project, I added several necessary functions and published them on crates.io. If you want to upstream these additional features and take ownership of the main library listed in crates.io, please feel free to contact me.
