Is there any way (or any plans) to implement a search bar? It would be nice to search for keywords throughout the textbook.

it is relatively easy to have a search bar, but when I played around with the default Jekyll search bar it was very slow - I agree this would be a great feature to have as long as it doesn't hurt performance too much!
