Is there a way to get the gasPrice or gasLimit used on a pending transaction?

Hey, at the moment I am getting all the pending tx that are being submitted to the mempool and am seeing

gasPrice: BigNumber { _hex: '0x012a05f200', _isBigNumber: true },
gasLimit: BigNumber { _hex: '0x032915', _isBigNumber: true },

How can I go about indexing the hex number and converting it to something of use, ideally wei?

It’s a BigNumber instance. You can use .toString() on them. Or to get a decimal string of Wei, use utils.formatUnits(tx.gasPrice, 9).

Also is there a way to simulate a transaction on bsc mainnet? Id like to test the speed without actually sending the transactions properly, if that makes sense?

What do you mean test the speed? If you want to know how fast a transaction will be mined, you can try setting a very high gasPrice or maxPriorityFeePerGas (if BSC supports EIP-1559; but I don’t use BSC so I don’t know about that). But there is no way to guarantee when your transaction will be mined.

Meant as in I want to buy as close to the addLiquidity event block as I possibly can, I could just watch for pending events on the token and do this on the mainnet as usual and see how "quick" my transaction was in comparison the addLiquidity block. But to save money on doing countless tx and spending gas is there a way I can simulate the mainnet and its tx and do it off chain so to speak to test my code efficiency
