Creating a running list of tooling we need/want monitor and understand testnets. Please add additional items in the comments.

ethstats for 2.0 (interest from lodestar)
libp2p pubsub visualizer (proposal in the works from Protocol Labs)
prometheus metrics (exists for many clients)
eth2 block explorer (interest from existing ethereum block explorers)
visualize validator queue/deposits
fork monitor
deposit interface and CLI (prysmatic has web interface, @CarlBeek working on both a web interface and CLI)
--evil validator client command to induce slashable offenses
