We are pleased to announce the release of Espressif-IDE v2.12.1, featuring bug fixes aimed at enhancing the UX and usability of the IDE.

Release of Espressif IDE 2.11.0 with ESP-IDF 5.1.1
This release includes:
- Added a new ESP-IDF OpenOCD Console with color codes to help the users to differentiate between errors and information
- Added a new splash screen for Espressif-IDE
- Support of clangd with the Eclipse CDT-LSP. This is added as a preview feature, during the update the user has to manually to choose to install the required plugins
- Automation of hints viewer for build errors
- Added support for Eclipse 2023-09 and fixed update site issues
- Added "via builtin USB-JTAG" as the default option in the OpenOCD Debugger tab for C3/S3 chips
