Feedback from function change update

I think it would be nice to include two clickable links in the mail that is sent to the accreditors for asking to change the position label (function).
The accrediteur will have the opportunity to notify that the change is been or refused by clicking on the corresponding link.

As an alternative, we could at least have a cron job periodically checking the accreditations that are supposed to change and keep the status of the request up to date. If nothing happens after a given amount of time, the e-mail could be sent a second time before declaring the change refused.
