Implement layout (aromatize, dearomatize, add explicit hydrogens) suport when highlight atoms and bonds

Background
The highlight functionality has been added as per the task #4984. However, there's currently an issue with maintaining highlights during certain layout changes.

Solution
Enhance the layout functionality (aromatize, dearomatize, add explicit hydrogens) to support and retain atom/bond highlights. Currently, highlights disappear after performing any of these layout actions. The solution should ensure that the highlight persists seamlessly even after these layout operations are executed.
