Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Sequence mode
  2. Add any sequence
  3. Hover cursor over abbreviation of monomer

Actual behavior
In sequence mode, when you hover over a monomer, the tooltip blinks ( For some reason, when recording a video, the tooltip blinking does not reproduce. I managed to reproduce it only after clicking on the monomer. However, without recording the video, it reproduces even when hovering. )

Expected behavior
In sequence mode, when you hover over a monomer, the tooltip not blinks

This bug has been moved to the 3.3 release as it exhibits similar behavior to #4476, which we have decided to fix.
