View of implicit H count is not updated at canvas after specifying in properties

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch "Ketcher"
2. Add some structure (e.g. click on single bond and add it to the canvas)
3. Double click on atom
4. Go to Query specific section
5. Set some new value for Implicit H count (e.g. 5)
6. Click on 'Apply' button

Actual behavior
The view of the atom has not changed

Expected behavior
The view of the atom should be changed - number next to the Hydorgen atom should be updated
