Autotests: Query Specific under Atom Properties

Creating tests for checking:

• properties at Atom Properties > Query Specific
• properties at right click menu for the atoms/Query Properties
• format of atom properties (semicolon instead of comma)

Related to #3298

Test cases:
TC1

1. Launch Ketcher
2. Add any atom to the canvas
3. Click the right button of the mouse on the atom to show atom menu
4. Check the properties in the right-click menu for the atoms/Query Properties

TC2

1. Launch Ketcher
2. Add any atom to the canvas
3. Click the right button of the mouse on the atom to show atom menu
4. Check the properties in the right-click menu for the atoms/Query Properties
5. Click on the first property
6. Take screenshot
7. Repeat last two steps for every property
