Aromotizing wipes out bond custom query reatures

Describe the bug
Dearomatizing doesn't work for molecula with query features

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load from file (unzip first): Aromotizing wipes out bond custom query reatures.zip
2. Press Aromatize button (Ctrl+Alt+A)
   

Actual behavior
System wipes out bond custom query features and aromatize the ring

Expected behavior
Custom query features remain in place no aromatization happens

Environment details (please complete the following information):

• Indigo Toolkit Version 1.18.0-rc.8.0-g85a393c7c-x86_64-linux-gnu-11.2.1
• Ketcher Version 2.18.0-rc9 Build at 2024-02-27; 16:16:47
• Chrome Version 122.0.6261.70 (Official Build) (64-bit)
• Win10
• Issue found while testing Dearomatization does not work with query features #1446
