Export all non-public Emory datasets #15

For non-public datasets, we will need to manually download the files and metadata (separate steps).

There may be 2 versions of zip files - Original and Archival.

We will download the JSON version of the metadata because it is the most robust.

Pre-work: identify all non-public datasets

Once downloaded, we will create a shared folder in OneDrive and Emily/others can assist with moving the copies over to S3.
