FYI, when using this (helpful!) package I get this warning:

"WARNING: both LazyAlgebra and AffineTransforms export "jacobian"; uses of it in module LinearInterpolators must be qualified"

That's fixed: I have removed this export (jacobian is no longer defined in LinearInterpolators). Thanks!
