[Feature request] Dont freeze head/hands in or against walls #1679

IKTweaks have something similar where your avatar wont freeze when your hands or head goes against a wall.

Due to the new IK update in VRC i dont see a huge need for IKTweaks but i still want that exact feature.

Any ideas for this or something that seems interesting to add to the mod?
