Some svg files can't be recognized for previewing

Steps to reproduce

1. Log into matrix.io. Create a new room.
2. Upload this svg file: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/element-hq/logos/382dadaf56fbcc12cf1cd950781ed8edef85fb3a/element/Element%20Logomark.svg
3. The svg file isn't recognized. It is treated as a normal file and the file is shown as an attachment.

A different svg file, such as https://raw.githubusercontent.com/element-hq/logos/382dadaf56fbcc12cf1cd950781ed8edef85fb3a/matrix/matrix%20favicon.svg doesn't suffer from this problem.

The svg file should display.

Sorry for the noise here, I mixed up bug reports.

As I dug through this, it turned out this is not an element bug. The issue on my system was caused by a Firefox bug that changed the svg file in an unexpected way when downloading the svg file: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1952411
