Error during install of elasticsearch-7.13.3.msi

Install of elasticsearch-7.13.3.msi on current version Windows 10 fails. Log file (attached) is replete with ERRORs, but none are meaningful to me. Any help to further diagnose the problem would be appreciated. Thanks.

MSI install should work

Actual Behaviour

MSI install ran to completion, but hung on the final "start elasticsearch" screen, finally giving the "error occurred during installation" screen.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Fresh install of the msi

1. Run elasticsearch-7.13.3.msi
2. Take all defaults
3. Wait for error screen

Target machine is Windows 10 2004 (OS build 19041,1083)
