[BUG] Refresh the "Find connectors" cases API topic

Make the following updates to the Find connectors topic:

• The first sentence is no longer correct as the response will only return information about connectors. Refer to updates in [DOCS] Add create case and update case APIs kibana#127936 for additional details.
• Add Swimlane to the second note.
• Correct the example response. Should be:
