The (rather dangerous) "benchmark-only" pipeline allows to run benchmarks against clusters which were not provisioned by Rally. However, we bolted this on a bit and it only allows to target localhost:9200 so far. We should allow a user to define a list of target hosts and ports that we pass then to the client driver.
