[Metrics UI] Switch user to default view if they delete the view they are on #99223

After creating and loading a custom view, then deleting the view, it still says I'm on the custom saved view. We should probably switch the user to the default view if they are on the view that was deleted.

Prioritising low - we're unlikely to invest in Inventory in the short/medium-term
